Inspection Equipment
A coordinate measuring machine, digital height gauges, calipers and micrometers cover the measurement range of our machined parts.
CMM Measurement
Three-dimensional coordinate measurement verifies complex geometry and hole positions against the drawing.
Height Gauges & Calipers
Digital height gauges, calipers and micrometers check step heights, diameters and wall thickness at the bench.
Micrometers
Micrometers confirm outside diameters on turned parts, supporting tight tolerance requirements.
Verification Workflow
Each batch follows the same four checkpoints, from incoming material to pre-shipment sign-off.

Raw Material Check
Incoming stock is verified against the material certificate before machining begins.
Step 02
In-Process Measurement
Critical dimensions are measured during machining to catch drift before it reaches the part.
Step 03
Full Dimensional Report
An inspection report records measured values against drawing tolerances for every batch.
Step 04
Pre-Shipment Sign-Off
A final review confirms the report and the parts match before the batch leaves the factory.
